Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions - As im sure you will all appreciate we have had to implement a cancellation policy due to late cancellations and rescheduling. If you can no longer attend your photoshoot you will be given the opportunity to reschedule or gift to someone else. You will only be able to reschedule once. After this your intial payment will be non refundable. Should you wish to cancel your photoshoot you must do this at least 6 weeks before your appointment to guarantee a full refund. Anything less than this will be subject to a cancellation fee. Less than 30 days notice - 50% of your payment will be refunded. Less than 14 days notice - You will not be eligible for a refund.
